Party Policies
Effective from: 1st February 2026
Tiny Pits and Play is committed to creating joyful, safe, and stress-free celebrations for children and families. These Party Policies outline expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines to ensure every event runs smoothly.
By booking a party with Tiny Pits and Play, the client agrees to the following policies.
6.1 PARTY BOOKING AND RESERVATION
All parties must be reserved in advance.
- A completed booking form is required
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the date
- Party times and packages are subject to availability
Bookings are not confirmed until payment and required forms are received.
6.2 PARTY DURATION AND SCHEDULING
Each party is allotted a specific time block.
- Party start and end times must be respected
- Early arrival or extended use may include additional charges
- Setup and cleanup are included only within scheduled time
Late departures may affect other bookings and result in fees.
6.3 GUEST COUNT AND AGE GUIDELINES
Guest limits are determined by the selected package.
- Maximum guest counts must be followed
- Soft play areas are intended primarily for children ages 0–6
- Older children may be restricted from toddler zones
The host is responsible for communicating age guidelines to guests.
6.4 ADULT SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITY
Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Parents and caregivers must actively supervise children
- Staff members are present for safety oversight, not childcare
- Children may not be left unattended
Lack of supervision may result in party interruption without refund.
6.5 HEALTH AND ILLNESS POLICY
To protect all guests:
- Children showing signs of illness should not attend
- This includes fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions
Tiny Pits and Play reserves the right to limit participation for health concerns.
6.6 FOOD, DRINKS, AND ALLERGIES
Food policies help maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas
- No food or drinks allowed on play equipment
- Hosts are responsible for managing food allergies
Tiny Pits and Play is not a nut-free facility.
6.7 DECORATIONS AND PARTY SETUP
Decorations are welcome with limitations.
- No nails, tape, or adhesives on walls or equipment
- Decorations must not block exits or safety signage
- Confetti, glitter, or messy items are not permitted
Any damage caused by decorations may result in additional charges.
6.8 EQUIPMENT USE DURING PARTIES
All equipment must be used as intended.
- No climbing on fences or safety barriers
- No rough play, pushing, or throwing objects
- Equipment must not be moved or altered
Staff may stop activities that appear unsafe.
6.9 BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
We aim to provide a positive experience for everyone.
- Respectful behavior is expected from children and adults
- Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
Tiny Pits and Play reserves the right to remove disruptive guests.
6.10 SAFETY RULES COMPLIANCE
All party guests must follow posted safety rules.
- Shoes are not permitted on soft play
- Socks are required for children and adults
- Jewelry and sharp objects are discouraged
Failure to follow safety rules may result in restricted play access.
6.11 CLEANUP AND END-OF-PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic cleanup is included with party packages.
- Hosts are responsible for personal items
- Excessive messes may result in cleaning fees
Please exit the space promptly to allow preparation for the next event.
6.12 DAMAGE, LOSS, AND LIABILITY
The party host is responsible for damages caused by guests.
- Damaged equipment may incur repair or replacement fees
- Lost items are not the responsibility of Tiny Pits and Play
Normal wear from play is expected and not charged.
6.13 CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Party cancellations and changes are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Notice requirements apply
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- No-shows are non-refundable

6.14 PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Tiny Pits and Play may take photos during events for marketing.
- No identifying information will be shared without consent
- Guests may request to opt out of photography
Personal photography is permitted with respect for other families.
6.15 LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By hosting a party, the client acknowledges:
- Physical play involves inherent risks
- Minor injuries may occur during normal play
- Participation is voluntary
Tiny Pits and Play is not liable for injuries resulting from normal play activities.
6.16 STAFF AUTHORITY
Staff members have full authority to:
- Enforce safety and party policies
- Pause activities if safety concerns arise
- End a party early if rules are repeatedly violated
Staff decisions regarding safety are final.
6.17 POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Tiny Pits and Play reserves the right to:
- Update party policies at any time
- Apply changes immediately
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of current policies.
